Shipping
You may purchase merchandise from this online store by using any one of the payment options listed at the bottom of our homepage. Bjame Apparel and Accessories reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Bjame Apparel and Accessories believe in providing high quality goods at affordable prices. For regular orders, please allow up to 1-3 business days for processing. For personalized orders please allow up to 6-12 days for processing. Orders are processed during regular business hours (M-F) and are processed in the order they are received. Shipping is handled via UPS or USPS.
Damaged Returns
Customers who receive items that arrive damaged, or receive a manufacture damaged item may return the damaged item for store credit or a refund to their credit card, depending on the method of payment.
Damaged items will only be accepted within 14 days from the date the order is received by the customer. After 14 days, returns will not be accepted. In order to issue a damaged return shipping label, the customer must contact us via email or the customer service hotline.
Non-Damaged Returns
Customers who are not satisfied with their purchase may return the item for a refund. Non-damaged returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the date the item is received by the customer. After 30 days returns will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for mailing back the return as well as return shipping and handling charges. Monogram items ARE NOT returnable unless the personalization is incorrect from the original order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. .
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchanges. Bjame covers shipping costs for defective and damaged items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
